MyFavLy is currently operating in an early-access and creator-testing phase. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be processed when you visit the MyFavLy website or contact us during this phase.

1. About MyFavLy

MyFavLy is a digital platform being developed to help creators organize and share products they genuinely recommend through a personal storefront.

The service is currently in an early-access testing and development phase. The legal and business structure operating the commercial version of MyFavLy may be updated before the full public launch. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly when necessary.

2. Personal data we may collect

During the current early-access phase, we may process limited personal information when you voluntarily contact us or express interest in participating in MyFavLy.

This may include:

• your email address;
• your social media username or profile;
• information you voluntarily provide in emails or other communications with us;
• basic technical information generated when you access the website, where such information is processed by the hosting and technical infrastructure used to provide the website.

We do not intentionally request sensitive categories of personal data through the current MyFavLy landing page.

5. Early-access creator communications

If you contact MyFavLy about becoming a Founding Creator or participating in testing, we may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you about the testing process, onboarding, product updates relevant to your participation and your feedback.

Participation in early access does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications.

6. Service providers

MyFavLy may use third-party technical service providers to operate the website and related infrastructure. These providers may process limited technical or personal data where necessary to provide their services.

The current website infrastructure may include services used for website hosting, deployment, domain management, email communication and technical security.

As MyFavLy develops and additional services are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the actual processors and categories of recipients involved.

As analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced, the Cookie Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before those technologies are activated.

The current MyFavLy creator-testing program is not intended for children. We do not knowingly invite children to participate in the Founding Creator program.

MyFavLy is under active development. This Privacy Policy may therefore be updated when the platform, business structure, processing activities or service providers change.
