MyFavLy is currently operating in an early-access and creator-testing phase. This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on the MyFavLy website during this phase.

2. Current MyFavLy cookie approach

During the current early-access phase, MyFavLy aims to keep tracking to a minimum.

We do not currently intend to activate non-essential advertising, behavioral profiling or marketing cookies on the public landing page before the appropriate information and consent controls are in place.

Strictly necessary technical technologies may still be used where required for the secure and reliable operation of the website, hosting infrastructure, routing, security or other essential technical functions.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Some technologies may be necessary for the website to function properly and securely.

These may support functions such as:

• website delivery and routing;
• security and abuse prevention;
• technical reliability;
• network and infrastructure management;
• basic session or preference handling where required.

Where a technology is strictly necessary for providing the website or a service requested by the user, consent may not be required under applicable law.

4. Analytics

MyFavLy may introduce privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the platform, which pages are visited and which features are useful.

If analytics technologies require user consent under applicable law, they will not be activated for a user until the required consent has been obtained.

This Cookie Policy will be updated before or when such analytics technologies are introduced.

5. Advertising and marketing technologies

MyFavLy does not currently intend to use advertising or behavioral marketing cookies during the initial creator-testing phase.

If advertising, retargeting or similar technologies are introduced later, users will receive appropriate information and, where required, a consent mechanism before those technologies are enabled.

6. Affiliate tracking

MyFavLy may introduce affiliate functionality in the future. Affiliate networks, retailers or other third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute clicks and purchases to affiliate links.

MyFavLy's own affiliate integrations are not currently guaranteed or fully implemented.

Before such functionality is activated, this Cookie Policy and any required consent or disclosure mechanisms will be updated to reflect the actual tracking technologies being used.

7. External links

MyFavLy creator pages may contain links to external retailers, brands, affiliate programs or other third-party websites.

When you follow such a link, the third-party website may use its own cookies or tracking technologies.

Those technologies are controlled by the relevant third party and are subject to that third party's own cookie and privacy policies.

8. Third-party infrastructure

MyFavLy may use third-party providers for website hosting, deployment, domain management, security, email or other technical infrastructure.

These providers may process technical information that is necessary to deliver or secure the service.

As the MyFavLy platform develops, this Cookie Policy will be updated to reflect the technologies and providers that are actually used.

9. Cookie consent

A cookie consent banner is not intended to be used merely as a cosmetic feature.

If MyFavLy introduces technologies that require prior consent under applicable Romanian or European Union law, an appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented before those technologies are activated.

Users will then be able to accept or reject relevant categories of non-essential technologies where required.

Pot fi utilizate tehnologii strict necesare pentru funcționarea, securitatea și livrarea tehnică a site-ului.

În viitor, MyFavLy poate introduce analytics și tracking affiliate. Dacă astfel de tehnologii necesită consimțământ conform legislației aplicabile, acestea vor fi activate numai după implementarea mecanismului corespunzător de consimțământ.
