This Cookie Policy explains the current use of cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on the MyFavLy website.

1. Current MyFavLy approach

MyFavLy currently aims to operate its public website and creator storefronts without unnecessary browser tracking.

At the time of this Policy, the MyFavLy website application itself does not intentionally use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage for advertising, behavioral profiling or storefront analytics.

MyFavLy does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies or behavioral marketing cookies.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites may place on a user's device. They can be used for purposes such as authentication, preferences, security, analytics or advertising.

Similar technologies can include local browser storage, pixels, identifiers and other technologies capable of storing or retrieving information from a user's device.

3. MyFavLy storefront analytics

MyFavLy currently measures limited storefront activity, including storefront views and outbound product clicks.

The current MyFavLy analytics implementation does not rely on cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or device fingerprinting to identify or profile visitors.

Analytics events are sent to the MyFavLy backend when relevant storefront activity occurs.

The current analytics system may process information such as:

MyFavLy does not intentionally store full visitor IP addresses as part of its application-level storefront analytics records.

4. Technical infrastructure

MyFavLy relies on third-party infrastructure providers for services such as website hosting, deployment, networking, domain services, security and backend hosting.

These providers may process technical information, including network information such as IP addresses, logs or security-related data, where necessary to deliver, protect or maintain their services.

Such technical processing is separate from MyFavLy's application-level storefront analytics.

5. External product and affiliate links

Creator storefronts may contain links to third-party retailers, brands, marketplaces or affiliate programs.

When you follow an external link, you leave MyFavLy and enter a third-party website.

That third party may use its own cookies, analytics, affiliate tracking or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies.

MyFavLy does not control cookies or tracking technologies placed by a third-party website after a visitor leaves MyFavLy.

6. Creator affiliate links

Creators may use their own affiliate links on MyFavLy.

The affiliate network or retailer associated with such a link may use cookies or other technologies after a visitor follows the external link in order to attribute a purchase or other activity.

These third-party tracking technologies are governed by the relevant retailer's or affiliate network's own terms and privacy information.

7. MyFavLy affiliate functionality

MyFavLy does not currently operate its own purchase-attribution or affiliate-cookie system.

MyFavLy may introduce affiliate integrations or additional monetization functionality in the future.

Before introducing technologies that require additional disclosure or consent, this Policy and the relevant consent mechanisms will be updated as required.

8. Advertising and marketing technologies

MyFavLy does not currently use advertising, retargeting or behavioral profiling technologies on its public website.

If such technologies are introduced in the future, MyFavLy will provide appropriate information and, where legally required, obtain consent before activating them.

9. Cookie consent banner

Because the current MyFavLy website application does not intentionally use non-essential cookies or browser-storage technologies that require prior consent, MyFavLy does not currently display a cookie consent banner solely for cosmetic purposes.

If technologies requiring prior consent are introduced, MyFavLy will implement an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies are activated where required by applicable law.

10. Browser controls

Web browsers generally allow users to inspect, delete or block cookies and other website data through browser settings.

Because third-party websites linked from MyFavLy operate independently, users may need to manage cookie preferences separately on those websites.

11. Changes to this Cookie Policy

MyFavLy may update this Policy if the website begins using new technologies, analytics tools, authentication mechanisms, affiliate integrations, advertising systems or other browser-storage functionality.

Each version will display its version date and most recent update date.
